Description

The Special Blend Circa Jacket kicks ass on the mountain and has killer street style.

Get back to the basics and concentrate on what really matters—snowboarding. The Special Blend Men's Circa Snowboard Jacket lets you get out in the storm in classic style. When the clouds are puking, throw on a fleece, zip up this technical shell and get the hell up there. The Circa Jacket's 10K waterproofing and critically taped seams keep the precip out so you stay warm and dry. When your muscles start burning, unzip the pit vents and dump out some heat, then tuck away your powder skirt and stop at the lodge to refuel. When you're refreshed, snap the powder skirt to your pants and hop on that lift. Articulated elbows and flex gussets keep you comfy while you shred away the rest of the day. Classic styling means you won't cringe next season when you take the Circa Jacket out of storage.

depends on what you consider to be too big, it will be a little baggy but certainly not down to your knees

Large fits me perfectly, I am six feet tall, you being 6'1" could be too small, just rock the XL for the bagginess. You will be stoked.

This jacket is pretty good for the price. The material is very water resistant, i've warn it in the rain and stayed dry, and is pretty warm to a certain point. Being its a SHELL, you will have to throw on a hoody or sweatshirt underneath when the temp starts to drop. It has some cool features such as the retractable pass holder and the many pockets it has. Design is pretty simple, just a clean cut jacket overall.

This jacket is awesome, I'm 6'6 220lbs and the L fits perfect. Really keeps the rain off and the hood isnt too small like most jackets. In some light the jacket looks more of a really dark grey than black but looks great none the less.

I would go with the Large my man. I am 6' 165 and wear a medium.

I think Lyman meant a medium. I'm 6' and 195 and rock the Large. I guess it depends on your arm length... if you have long arms drop in on the Large, if you have SHARMS (SHort ARMS) go for the medium.

Figure out what size your chest is. Measure around your chest across your shoulder blades and under you arms. Get that size then compare with these sizes to see what would be best for you. L: 38"–40" (96–101cm) XL:40"–42" (101–106cm) XXL:42"–44" (107–112cm) I'm guessing XL or XXL.

I'm about 5'8 140 pounds what size is good...

Small or medium. SB comes long a lot of the time but ghetto fab for sure, but you sound skinny, I'd say small.

Measure your self, then compare to this sizing Small 34"–36" (86–91 cm) Medium 36"–38" (91–96cm). I think you are right on the brink of both. If you are going to grow, grab the medium if you are right in the middle of the two sizes.

Just wondering if this has the snap-on...

It does say you can snap it to your pants.

If your pants are the same year as this jacket then they will snap together. If your pants are this years than these will not snap together.

Not warm at all is a bit too harsh. Correct that the jacket is a shell, and a shell's job is to keep you dry. I wouldn't wear this in -10 weather, to insure you are dry and warm, wear good base layer. This makes a world of difference. Base layer is the best.

This jacket is amazing.... i got it in the white three peat and the colors are brilliant. its got tons of pockets so store your stuff in and the yo-yo tag holder is gnarly. Cant wait to shred in it. The only down sides are the hood is a little small and it doesnt have much insulation. Just bundle up and happy shredding!!! great buy!

Might seem like a stupid question, but is it just a shell or a full jacket? Is it insulated at all or you need a fleece when it's cold?

I had a thin 1st layer and a long sleeve tee that got me through(shoulda left the shirt and worn a hoodie/sweater for that cold). I only noticed it when I would stop on the hill and it was windy. It is feature rich and my first actual snowboard jacket. Really dug the pass yo/yo. You could prolly smuggle a couple keys with all those pockets. Water-tight, too.
