The Special Blend Women’s Justice Pant wraps light insulation in 15K waterproof-rated premium dobby nylon to lock out the wet and cold stuff. Stray snow doesn’t have a chance of slipping in thanks to the pant-to-powder skirt snap system and gaiters that hook right to your boots. Articulated knees and a gusseted inseam make it easy to work these pants in the park. When you start feeling the heat, hip and inseam vents bail you out.

i've a question on the sizing. with my layer short, my hip
i've a question on the sizing. with my layer short, my hip size is 36''. but i do have thin waist, 24.5''. so i usually go for my hip size and use belt. (even just for regular pants/jeans) is there anyway that I can get info on the hip size?

I'm sorry, I don't know the hip measurements, but I can tell you the true waist measurements. Because of your hips, I would run the Medium or even the Large. How tall are you? The inseam on the medium is 31" and 32" for the Large. I hope that helps a bit.

I'm 5'5" and about 125. I usually wear a 4, would
I'm 5'5" and about 125. I usually wear a 4, would a medium be a good fit since I plan to layer up? I don't want them tight or then again extremely baggy after I layer up.

Here is the sizing for our pants. The waist size then the inseam.
XS: 23"–24"- 29" S: 25"–26"-30" M: 27"–28"-31" L: 29"–30"-32" XL: 31"–32"-33"
