hey i really liked the green thugby, especially cuz it matched my board even though its a lil more subtle....but do u guys think that the yellow thugby would look nice with black snowpants and a green-ish board (i dont want to look like a skier cuz thats what happpened with my old jacket that my parents bought for me)or owuld the green board throw it off? btw i have last years forum youngblood (the green one obvi)

No this is a shell jacket. It it perfect for layering. Use the right firstlayer and you will be toasty.

Specs:Made in ChinaClassic Special Blend is epitomized in the Thugby. Generous park fit and technical blended with poppy colors.The hood is great, i can stand underneath a drain spout in a torrential downpour and be ok. Sleeves are long enough to cover half you glove and don't ride up on your wrist when ever you reach out in front of you.The length is longer and I can bend over to ratchet up my bindings without the jacket riding up- the same goes for sitting on an icy chair lift-I don't even think about it. All the pockets are easy to rifle through with gloves on even the media pocket.The fact that this jacket is also on sale makes it a no brainer. I'm 6'1" and the large fit fine, in most brands it has to be XL or bust but I'm happy.I would recommend this jacket for any rider only looking to have jacket to use all season long. I'm not sure if the pass pocket is in the sleeve but I know it has a pass pocket. I want to say that it is located under the front/bottom flap of the jacket.

i'm 6'5 and slender. i bought a large special blend autograph jacket last year in a large and it was too long. (given that there was an added extra 3 inches) Do most special blend jackets have an extra 3 inches? And would a large in the thugby fit me?

I ordered this jacket in grey reserve tweed and received it in the mail and am disappointed because the jacket did not come as pictured. There is no removable fur as shown in the picture and this was one of the reasons I chose this particular jacket. I am not satisfied with my purchase from Special Blend. Is there a way I can receive the correct jacket? I was specifically looking for a jacket with fur in the hood and thought I was purchasing one.

None of the colors have faux fur trim on the hood, the images are wrong, hopefully they will get changed soon.

i didnt get the fur either, weird, i thought it was just mine. as for me, i don't really care about the fur, so i just kept the jacket. its a sweet jacket, huge and baggy, but way high quality.

I don't know exactly in inches, but it is considered a 3 quarters cut, which means it is longer than the average jacket length. If that is what you want, then you will be really pleased with the length.
