Special Blend Utility Jacket - Men's - 2010

Think of the Special Blend Men's Utility Jacket’s 15K-rated fabric as your armor against blinding snow and buzz-killing winds. Special Blend thought of everything, so you just focus on successfully destroying the mountain’s array of natural and man-made features. Soft lining adds a little warmth, while underarm vents keep you from smelling like Sasquatch when you push the sessions. An array of pockets throughout the baggy-fitting Utility offers ample storage for goggles and stuff. And don’t forget about the removable hood and powder skirt (which also connects to your Special Blend pant)—wear the Utility from the heart of winter through late spring.

Bottom Line: The snow army is forming and the Utility is the uniform.

Utility Jacket

September 20, 2010

Special Blend Utility Jacket, this jacket blew me away when I first opened it. It is supposed to be a textured rip stop material and it is soft and supple as can be. The Early line-up is my jacket of choice. It looks nothing like a candy cane so don't worry about that at all. My co-worker runs the early line-up pilsner daily. Every color is great, looks good and feels even better.

15K waterproofing and 10K breathability means Dry and Legit. This shell is amazing, it feels and acts like it is insulated but its not. Fully taped seams and a media pocket. You are set.

How does the media pocket work? Is it located on the outside

How does the media pocket work? Is it located on the outside or inside of the jacket? Does it have a spot for the headphone cord wire through the inside of the jacket?

Thanks!

The media pocket is located on the inside of the jacket. The pocket does have a opening for headphones.
