Stepchild Snowboards Powder Sucks Snowboard - 2007

The Stepchild Powder Sucks Snowboard rips park runs, kills it in the pipe, boosts off natural features, and yes, even rides powder pretty well. The crew at Stepchild may have been in a rather cynical mood when they named the Powder Sucks Snowboard, but that didn't stop them from giving it a snappy tip-to-tail poplar core. A centered stance and true twin shape lets you rip a tree stash and then charge a cab three in the park without any binding adjustments.

Bottom Line: Bring your park-honed moves to every inch of the mountain with the Stepchild Powder Sucks Snowboard.

This board does have an extruded base but apparently it has a structurn base as well which has small dimples in it. This board is a fast easy and very responsive board to ride. And the board floats well in the pow. Another plus is that I have u.s size 12 feet and had no toe overhang. Powder can suck but this board makes it ok to me. I love my new board and I wud recomend it to anyone who wants to go to the park and destroy some rails. Its an adrenalin machine!!
