These are kids sizes. So the 7.0 is about a European 23 and the 8.0 a 24, etc.

Hey,
That is really hard to say as there are so many factors involved with breaking down a shoe. However, they do have a vulcanized sole which makes them a lot more durable then most kid's shoes that you'll encounter. Also, Supra's quality is off the charts.
