Technine Jib Snowboard - 2009

Technine knows how to keep it gangsta and the Jib Snowboard is a prime example of their funky fresh board designing skillz. Get out there and grease down the park with melting-hot butters and ghetto fabulous rail slides.

  • Reduced nose and tail design allows for a larger effective edge and lets you get more stability out of a shorter board
  • A blunted shape provides a lighter swing weight and makes for easier spintastical tricks
  • Stitched bi-axial laminate fiberglass is light and provides a smooth, even flex pattern
  • Power Tech core is a tip-to-tail poplar wood masterpiece that gives you optimal pop, control, balance and stability

Bottom Line: Beware the Jibberwocky.

Well you're about the same size as my boy and he rides a 152 Kink and it flexes like a champ. So anything around that size will do you just fine. When you get into a longer board, the flex patterns are a little different. So obv smaller board = more flexy in most cases. Hope this helped brotha

Im 6' 170 lbs and I ride a 154w Rome Machine (whitch is a jib deck in Romes wide line-up) and I take it from park to pow to trees, and have no problem getting in and out of anywhere. So the 156 should do you just fine brotha

What kind of riding do you mainly do? If you do a lot of free rideing then go for a little bigger of a deck, probably something around a 151-153. But if you're more of a park rat, then def go for a smaller deck, 149-152. My boy is 5'8 and he rides a 149 for his park deck and a 152 for his messin around deck

Well if your really big into boarding and your a freestyle rider like your in the pipse and hittin the jumps your gonna want one size smaller then that, as im 5'9 and i ride a 152. But if its just for cruising and nothing hardcore you could pull off a 153 but nothing bugger
