Technine T9 Snowboard - Women's - 2009

If you haven’t been conditioned into thinking that you have to either identify yourself as a park rat or a powder hound, and that you can’t just have it all, then consider enhancing your freethinking style with the Technine Women’s T9 Snowboard. With a medium-soft flex that can handle either jibbing or all-mountain riding, the T9 gives you more options than your cell phone’s contact list on a lonely night.

  • Centered flex for stable riding with a freestyle influence
  • Power Tech Core is lightweight and poppy
  • Radial sidecut enters and exits turns along the same arc, creating a super-smooth turn profile

Bottom Line: The ladies’ choice.

So I'm wantin to get my girl a nice all mountain board that's got enough tech specs to last her through her first few years of progression. She can already ride, but is starting to venture more into the park and back country a bit and wants something that'll compensate for both... Now so far, mostof the boards that fit the description of her needs...falls short of the descrition of her wants... Not to sound sexist...but she's a girl and she's gotta look "good on the pow." She really likes this new Technine board and it sounds like this could be her board...so here where I need the help... Any one got any good reviews for this board or know of any out there on the net? All I've found so far, are reviews of previous years models and a short 20 sec vid of a girl sharing her opionion of the board while demoing it.... any help would be appreciated... thanks!!!

Yo man, Ive ridden this board and its definately a park jibbing board. Its super soft and best for rails. I wouldnt take it in the backcountry or deep pow as you would end up struggling. Its a super soft board, but in saying that if all you do is ride at the resorts then she would probs be fine. I would say take a look at the rome lofi. Specially if she wants something thats more all round, or the salomon Lilly.
