Primed for progression.
Thirty Two built the Exit boot to kick the concept of entry level to the curb, where it belongs. Whether you're a seasoned jib jockey, or you're just getting the hang of linking turns, that easy flex means tons of control and skate shoe-inspired comfort. The Level 1 liner is flexible and heat-moldable, so it feels broken in before you even get on the hill. Traditional laces are proven and dependable. The rubber outsole holds up to seasons of shredding, hiking, and post-ride parking lot sessions.
- Soft flex
- Traditional laces
- Level 1 Intuition heat-moldable liner
- Rubber outsole with EVA cushioning

customer service fail
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
Wow, so these showed up and were way too narrow and a bit too small on the toe. Put in my own liners and they still just had a bad fit. When I went to return them they charged me $6.99 for shipping. I guess since they have sent me the wrong item several times and given me free shipping on THOSE returns, I expected free shipping. Called to ask for free shipping and they just tried to upsell me to some different boots.
I am in customer service and if someone calls and politely asks for a (completely useless) fee to be removed, I will remove it. Keep the customers happy, however Sean decided to be totally rude about it, reference a time when I was shipped the wrong item, told me someone else did that return wrong, THEN went back and said that oh no actually that return was done correctly and it's your fault, and you still need to pay for return shipping.
I live in a ski town. Theres no need for me to purchase from any dogfunk/backcountry/whiskey sites again... Thanks Sean. I hope you read this review and laugh about it, but I also hope your boss reads this review and requires you to do some boring a$$ full day video training session on having good customer service because for $6.99 you just lost someone.
