For years, ThirtyTwo has taken the input from countless pros to continually tweak the Men’s Lashed Snowboard Boot. The result? A mid-stiff boot that just keeps getting better. The Independent Lacing Eyestay System locks the lower lace in place while you tighten the top part—no more busting a blood vessel over loose boots. STI Evolution Foam is lighter and cushions better than EVA, while the Level 3 liner molds to your foot and locks down your heel for a pressure-point free fit.
STI Evolution foam in midsole/outsole to reduce weight and increase cushioning
Articulating cuff for improved fit and heel hold
Independent Lacing Eyestay System secures lower lacing for a tight fit
3-D Molded tongue for easy lacing
Achilles pinch pads in the liner and easy-to-cinch inner ankle harness for optimal heel hold
Level 3 Liner insulates well and molds to your foot
Aegis antimicrobial treatment to prevent foot funk

i'm a 12-12.5 street shoe and about a 11.5 Burton boot... so i got the Lashed in 11.5 and right out of the box, the fit is pretty decent already (and without heat molding yet)... my toes are feathering the front of the liner standing straight up and they've got some room to wiggle up and down, but unless i crank the laces down, i get some heel lift... so my question is how much will the Lashed pack out? Enough that I should really size down to an 11.0 or will 11.0's be unbearably tight?
The Lashed fit pretty true to size. I have had a few pairs of 32's in the past and i've gone in both directions of packing out and staying true. With my Prospects, they packed out almost a full size(i wear a size 12 boot and they packed out to almost a 13). With my Lashed, they did not really pack out much, but I beat my boots up a lot so I had to get a new pair of boots for this season. This season I rode the TM-2's and I have to say that they were a little snug a first(slimmer style of 32's line up) but packed out just slightly to feel like the perfect boot. All-in-all, the Lashed are a great boot, but def do not go down too many sizes, they won't pack out that much. I live by 32 boots and they are really the only boot I put on me feets to shred. And also I did not heat mold them, I broke them in and let them conform naturally
I'm on my second pair of 32 boots (both TM-2), my experience is that they fit very true to size and don't pack out much (less than 1/2 size). If you wear a 12-12.5 street shoe, I think getting the 11.0 would be a mistake.
They'll probably be pretty snug on first session or two. Get them heat molded before you ride them, if you're already sizing down, the shhop might have toe caps that you can put on before you mold them that will stretch out the liner a little bit more.
thes boots are definatly the bomb for park riders, lightest boot ive ever riden and they wont flop out on you halve way threw the season. the only down side i found on these boots is that they are a bit chilly on real cold nights, but thats nothing a thicker pair of socks could fix. cheap and amazing, these boots are a great buy.
i've had these in the past so i know that these get soft... but how is the flex on the latest version? do they turn to mush after a few days out? or will they offer at least some support even after broken in?
If you're worried about stiffness in the boot, go with the TM2. It's an overall stiffer than the Lashed. I got 4 years on my TM2s - they break in nice and don't lose their support.
since i have a boot size of 11.5-12.0, i'm trying to get into a boot that has some sort of "shrinkage" tech like burton, ride, and salomon so i don't have to ride super wide decks... a 12 boot, for example, will have an 11 or even 10 sized outsole, allowing the rider to more easily fit on a normal width board... i was just wondering if anyone had ever compared the outsole length and bulk of the thirtytwo lashed to say a burton or ride boot... i know that the lashed of the past were a little bulky, and i was just wondering if this year's had gotten any less bulky or shorter in the outsole
I just got a pair of these ('08/'09 model) and they are considerably smaller on the outside length than my older pair of 32s. I do ride a wide board, but it's only I think 2cm wider than a regular length board. For me, in size 11 on my board, there's almost zero toe overhang.
I have been riding a pair of Northwave's in size 12. I tried a pair of Lashed in 11 and they were a bit tight, but the shop's employee said that after you heat them up and mold them to your feet you should be good.
i have had the same pair of 32 lashed boots for 4 years now and i'm still not planning on upgrading for a while. they are very true to the fit and are super comfortable they are also extremly warm, i could wear these boots without a pair of socks and proabably still be fine. they are also very durable mine still look almost just as good as when i got, them. i will never buy a different boot, 32 all the way
this is my 3rd pair of LASHED 32 boots. This year tops them all. SUPER crazy light weight. Great colors (blue and orange) and great new tweaks to them such as the inner liner lace tie and STI foam bottom. Great boot for a great price
I've had several pairs of lashed over the years, and the boot keeps getting better, I've already put about 15 days in on this years boot (white/black/black)and they still aren't showing any real wear. A few items to note, ThirtyTwo finally shortened the included laces so you don't have to wrap them around your boot 2 or three times so they don't drag. The liner is really easy to get in and out of, all around this is by far a lace it up and go boot with a softer flex.
Fantastic boots! I usually wear a size 10 shoe, got these in 9 and the fit is PERFECT. Very comfy and warm, no pressure spots whatsoever. Can't go wrong with these..
