ThirtyTwo Prospect Snowboard Boot - Men's - 2009

With a medium-soft sideways flex the Thirty Two Prospect Snowboard Boot will keep you supported, yet mobile in any terrain. A lightweight and low-profile boot with a medium forward flex, the Prospect mines powder, stomps mute 7’s, and straight-lines nasty chutes. EVA midsoles offer dampening, stability and support while a full-length lacing system, triple-density Ultralon foam, and ThirtyTwo's Level 2 moldable liner give you an incredible fit without pressure points or heel lift. For increased board feel and improved durability Thirty Two added welded TPU backstays, while a neoprene cuff protects against calf bite.

Bottom Line: Tear up the entire mountain.

These boots are perfect for everything I have put them through. After a few days of pain from breaking them in (I would recommend that you do the thero-mold at a 32 dealer nearest you, because I did not and the first 2 days were pretty rough on the top of my feet) they responded to everything I put them through. From the famous Utah pow to the craziest of parks, all the way up to the north west swamp fest I just got back from outside of Seattle (snow around 34 degrees F created some rather soaking wet conditions). I even was able to walk through about 3-4 inches of water and not get a slight bit wet. The only thing that bugs me is the laces shredding from the edge of my board on smaller lifts where you cannot put your toe underneath the high back. This created a lot of rubbing which is ripping some of the clear piping around the edge of the leather. But that is just an atheistic problem, not a functional one. Oh and the sizing was right on for my 10.5's!

Yep, since they have a mid flex they would be perfect for that style of riding.

I love these boots. They just work. I couldn't complain if I wanted, and I don't want to, because I have the white and black ones, and they look fly as hell
