Union DLX Binding - 2011

Union's DLX Binding features a forgiving flex and no-nonsense construction that appeals to both jib rats and new recruits alike. Whether you're trying to lock down hard way two-sevs or just learning to link turns, the DLX gets the job done without clearing out your bank account.

  • Stage 1 baseplate delivers tweakable flex, with EVA bushings underfoot for improved dampening and board feel
  • Progressive-flexing highback provides support down low and mobility up top
  • Universal discs are compatible with all major mounting patterns
  • Grade 8.8 steel hardware is stronger and more resistant to stripping

Bottom Line: Flexy fun that's built to last.

great beginner binding

bought these guys last season, and they have been great. i did a buttload of research before finally deciding on my first pair of bindings, and i am ever glad i chose these ones! for the price and the amount of tech included in them, i'd say these are probably one of the best beginner bindings on the market. plus they take a beating and keep on going! overall a solid product from union, i'l definitely be sticking with them for the next couple seasons at least

I have the 2011 model of the DLX's and they are pretty great bindings. They are tough, durable, flexy park bindings. The only problem ive had with them is that the toe strap screw snapped, but a easy fix, other then that they have been great

For me, I like as much board flex as possible for jibs and butters. I would go for the contacts

Are the Dlx bindings as durable for park as the union forces

the Dlx bindings are the most durable binding i have ever ridden. they have a lot less "parts" to them, which means a lot less shit to break while riding. they are also super comfy, and have a perfect flex for park!

i selected these to put on my lib tech attack banana and i've never been more happy with a binding. i have always had troubles with my past bindings from screws coming loose and straps braking off. this last season was pretty rough with a couple hard crashes and some epic runs in there too. not once have i had to adjust them. the my board has really good control and im pretty sure the bindings are a big part of it.
