Description

Ten years strong.

Ten years in the making and the Force Snowboard Binding still embodies everything Union stands for—dependability, durability, and no-BS function. A medium flex and burly baseplate offers next-level heelside control when you're charging steeps without compromising your ability to poke out a method or lock into a proper press in the park.

The multi-zone Force highback allows flex where you want it and delivers support where you need it for the perfect blend of tweakability and response. The ultra-rugged Stage IV baseplate is so strong that it's guaranteed for life against breakage, and it's equipped with an extruded 3D aluminum heelcup to reduce weight while maintaining strength and stiffness.

The 3D Direct-Connect ankle strap provides a secure and responsive fit without creating painful pressure points, and the Ultra Grip toe strap is low-profile and cored-out to wrap around the front of your boot for a comfy and secure fit. Tried-and-true magnesium buckles are four times as strong as aluminum and half the weight. From the backcountry to the streets, the Force is the binding of choice for hard-hitting riders all over the world.

I just keep coming back to them...

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Always trying new bindings but always coming back to a pair of forces...great all around. Dependable. Looks good.

I'm caught between a pair of 2015 Forces and a pair of 2014 Atlas bindings, which should I get?

Responded on

Forces! Quality binding that doesn't break easy. I've tried a lot of bindings but I always go back to these pups.

Backing union from day one

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is my 3rd pair of Force bindings, you can rip these bindings on any mountain anywhere and be confident that you will not only look totally bad ass but you have a bomb proof binding. I have broken plenty of other brand bindings but my Union Force binding is the one binding that I know that I will break before it does. The ratchets on the new ones keep getting better and what more can you improve on with the already perfect base and high back. Keep it simple stupid. Thanks Union!

Stay crispy

Bombproof

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Union Force is one of the most supportive and responsive bindings I have put on my feet, not to mention the ankle and toe straps feel like pillows for maximum comfort. They can with stand anything you throw at them and will last. These bindings are straight bombproof. 100 day plus in one season and still running strong!

Force's for life!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I just got my 2014 Forces in the mail a few days ago, i can't wait to get them out on the snow! I got the new Cosmo color way, sooooo sick! I've had Forces for the past like 5 seasons, best binding for doing everything, park, pow, rails, jumps, backcountry. You name it and it can do it. Do your snow dances, we need snow!
