I like these boots. they have a low profile so they slip into my flows or any binding very well. They are warm for me and the boa systems tightens well and provides EVEN pressure around the WHOLE foot. Give about 4 days riding to break in! Nothing Neg to say!

I've been riding for about 15 years. I've been rockin' Vans boots for the last eight years. When the boa system came out, i bought the Encores. Great boot that fit well. Vans one piece heat molded liners give you a perfect fit. I worked in the terrain park for two years and that put me on the snow for about 120 days. These boots kept my feet warm and comfy.
For the price nothing beats the Encore.

I just bought these (size 10) with my new Lib-Tech Skate Banana (169) and Burton Triad bindings (medium) and the combo is SICK! I took it up to Hunter Mountain in the Catskills last week after 8in of freshies and the combo was sweet. The boots are super comfortable and the boa system is great and doesn't produce any pressure points. I was torn between this boot and the Cirro... but the Cirro is pretty expensive, and much stiffer. I rode the mountain all day and hit some of the boxes in the park with ease in these boots... pure comfort. Off to Squaw Valley in 6 days!

These boots = Awesome! after a day of breaking them in I gotta say these are one of the best products I've bought for the snow. Soooo easy to put on, super comfortable, very easy to adjust tightness even while riding or on the lifts. Haven't had a problem yet after 5 days out this year so far. Highly recommend!

Ive worn the Encores for 2 seasons now or at least and older version, and unless they have made some big changes I would never recommend these to anyone. They hurt more than rental boots and hardly keep your feet warm. The only reason why I gave it one star is because you can't give it zero, save your money for a product that can keep you happy on the slopes.
