Just got a pair of these as a gift, and I couldn't be happier. SUPER comfortable and awesome appearance. Pretty much go with anything you wanna wear and any situation you could end up in.

These puppies fit on the large side. I wear size 10 in Vans and Emerica, 10.5 in Nike SB and DC, and 11 in my New Balance running shoes. I would purchase these in size 10. Hope that helps you gauge what size you are.

i absolutely love this shoe for skating. Tons of support, but still quite pillowy, without looking like you have gigantic marshmallows on your feet. they look pretty awesome too. Definitely recommend these

i've seen different pics of the dark brown/royal purple shoe and they all look different. some shoes look brown while other pics suggest more of a gray-ish color. if you look at the uploaded pic (from vans website) they appear to be gray. any comments on what the true color is?

These Vans Half Cab Pro shoes are definitely brown. They have a distressed look to the leather so they could come off as gray in certain lighting.

These shoes are great. I wear them for riding around town and they work like a charm. comfortable, grippy, and great board feel. I now own a pair of high-top Caballeros too. Also a very good shoe if you're going for that high-top feel and a little extra ankle support. Make sure to wear taller socks though or they will rub the shit out of your ankles.

These shoes are so sick man... best shoes i've ever had, they have the best board feel and skated soooo good outta the box. been skatin for around 8 years and i skate stairs, handrail, mini, everything and these shoes kept up real nice

Fits slightly narrower in the toe area than standard half cabs, but looks sleeker. Excellent insole offers shock absorbency without compromising board-feel. Mesh, medium-padded tongue hugs nicely and not too bulky. All-suede upper gets a little hot, but tough as heck. I would love to see Vans incorporating more mesh/breathable material into their half cabs. Overall a great pair of skate shoes.

I have had 2 pairs of these since they were originally introduced as Caballero's first signature shoe. They are a great fit, give you all the ankle protection you need from your nose or tail of your board, and not to mention they grip your grip tape and do not let your foot slip off and miss landings when popping huge ollies or pulling big tricks on vert. They are a great shoe, go with a classic, tried and true!
