Step in the Vans Kira Boot and dance around on the snow.
Step into the Vans Women’s Kira Snowboard Boot and see what the other girls are raving about. This flexible snowboard boot features a BOA lacing system and Vans’ Trifit thermal liner. The Trifit liner secures your foot with the stability of independent lacing and EVA comfort, and Achilles pads lock in your heel so you don’t noodle out on tricky approaches or steep chutes. The Kira’s flexible Snowaffle Sole improves your board feel and grip in icy conditions. This low-profile sole works in conjunction with the liner to allow you to downsize the Kira boot by one whole size, so you reduce your toe and heel drag. *Click on the sizing chart so see why Vans Team rider Jacqui Berg is stoked on the Kiras.

So does it come with something to tighten...
So does it come with something to tighten the coiler thing?I'm pretty much just wondering how it works, I have crazy-weak hands and need my boots super-tight...
Pretty nice boot
Love the boa system and the boot is pretty comfy and rides well. My only complaint is that at the end of the day, the tops of my feet feel bruised under where one of the plastic cable holders things lies. (But I have really high arches so this might not be a problem for other people.)
PS. Size 9.5 barely (and I mean BARELY) fits into the Ride LXh Med bindings. (But I think that is a problem with the LXh sizing because my old boots won't fit in the LXh bindings at all...)
Bought these for my gf.
Awesome fit & finish, looks similar to classic Pumas/Vans with pants over the top. The Boa Coiler works really well, for a tighter foot adjustment, just lean a bit forward while cranking them on. The texture and graphics on the sides of the boot look like custom stitching and are really unique.
The ankle of the boot is super fat. The
boots don't fit into any of her bindings, so now I have to find new bindings for her.....Grrrr
