You may be pissed your mom threw away the acid-washed jeans you loved back in middle school. They’d be at the cutting edge of style if you still had ‘em. Fortunately, Vans made the Women’s Ultra Skinny-Fit Denim Pant with old-school washes and speckles, and the super-slim fit’s way more modern than the pleated, tapered leg pantaloons you still miss.

exceeded my expectations!
ok, i was looking for some old-school hesher jeans that were tight, but weren't so full of spandex they'd fall apart or get all baggy after i ran 'em through the gauntlet(i tend to be a little rough on my clothes).
when they came in, i was very happy as soon as i looked at them. you can't even notice the 1% spandex, the're good basic jeans. sturdy with a slightly broken in feel. i got the acid washed black, they are just that, they dont have that chintzy simulated look i was afraid i'd end up with...again.
tried them on and i was sold! well, i already had bought them, but i felt pretty happy with my purchase. they fit great! low rise, body hugging, but not to snug, no muffin-top pour out! they are a little long, but i'm used to that at 5'2".
i didn't notice the zipper on the back pockets, until i was in the process of buying them, but i dig them too! the construction is functional, not just for show. as are all the pockets, some girls skinny jeans have those shallow unusable pockets, not these, real sized pockets(even the change pocket's easy to get into!)....
so, yay! i found my dream jeans for super cheep!!!
