I returned the pants because I measured my waist 2x, and somehow still got pants that were too large, may have been my mistake, maybe not. I did buy from Dogfunk because they offer the best return policy of all the snow pant websites I went to. I thought it was a possibility that I would get the wrong size, or not like something about the pants. I would have exchanged the pants for a smaller size, and been very happy with them except I wasn't cool with the girly colors on the inside of the pants. If the pants would have been cheaper, I would have been willing to keep the pants despite the colors on inside of pants. I never tried the pants on, so I can't make any comments on anything else with them. I may be a repeat customer if Dogfunk has more normal/regular looking pants, and not so much crazy stuff. I like snow pants that are 1st functional, and 2nd stylish, ones that don't make me look like an idiot.

anyone know what the resin denim color/fabric looks or feels like? doesn't look like a standard snowboard pant denim material from the pics... looks pretty shiny. is that a grey?

Whatup Streblo- the resin colorway is kind of like faux leather. It's definitely not a standard snowboard pant material and you're right - it's kind of shiny and super dark gray. The picture is really accurate to the real deal. You have some nuts if you're thinking about rocking those! They are wild for real.

Volcom snowpants generally fit baggy. Their XXL fits the 38-40 inch waist. That said, with the adjustable waist tabs fully let out, I believe you'll be able to fit in the XXLs. If they're just too small, we have a 100% hassle free return policy.

Who sees the inside of your pants? Plus, I don't think anyone cares enough to judge your masculinity based on the color on the inside of your snow pants. If you want more "normal/regular" looking outerwear, check out Sports Authority.
