Medium will fit you with a loose (not baggy) fit. Large will be baggy on you.

This is a generously sized jacket. A small will be baggy (but not gigantic) on you.

Go medium for the best fit, unless you want a very baggy jacket. I'm 6 feet and the large fits baggy on me.
