Tough and waterproof. 54 days riding resorts and backcountry and still very few signs of wear. Not too many bells and whistles (actually, it does have a zipper whistle), but it has about what you need. I do wish it came with hand panties though. I sewed in my own.

Go medium for the best fit, unless you want a very baggy jacket. I'm 6 feet and the large fits baggy on me.
