- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Haven't skated in them quite yet, but I love how the mid feel snugs my ankle and doesnt feel like a stiff shell. I have the electric blue ones which have a little more breathability than the blacks I believe. I have the low top black volcom grimm shoes and the blue mids actually have like a mesh part more by the sides of the laces which makes it not so sweaty. So far I love them and have no complaints. I skate in the low tops and they have held up a bit longer than I expected.
I was going to give these shoes 4 stars for the chip shoelaces. But I notice other ones inside the shoes, so I changed with the extra ones that are gray color and better quality and the shoes now look great.
