Purchased the blue one. Loved it, but the seam of the lining was sewn incorrectly (the pant was twisted and I couldn't get my leg through). Where's the quality control?! Ridiculous. Really like the fit. Going to exchange it and hopefully better luck this time

LOVE IT! Got it today! Got the yellow one. It's very bright yellow but when it hits shady area, it looks like it's lime green lol

no they don't have zippered pockets. the have zip vents, but the pockets are velcro shut. not the best, but ive yet to lose anything out of them.

To answer your question, maroon is darker flat red in my mind. The picture you see above is accurate. check out volcom.com's image as well...
