This insulated jacket features 60g polyester fill insulation, a regular fit that allows for layering underneath when it's bitter-cold out, and an adjustable quick-cinch hood that helps shield your face and head from blustery winds. Great commuting jacket
- Gender: Female
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
I've been wearing this jacket now for several weeks and love it. I like that it's not very heavy because after a few minutes of walking in the bitter cold I'll warm up, without getting sweaty before work. I bought it to be my lightweight jacket for fall/spring as well as when I'm more active in the winter. It's good in the wind and light rain (haven't yet been caught in a downpour) and the hood cinches tight for great protection, but isn't heavy and pulling on my neck when not in use. It's very comfortable, not restricting in the shoulders like a lot of winter coats. I'm excited to use it while snowshoeing or snowboarding, especially since the sleeves are long and have a thumb hole to keep my hands warm (I roll them up when I'm not using the thumb hole and it shows the awesome interior design). Overall I'm really happy with my purchase, and I get a lot of compliments on it as well - I have the black and yellow design.
