On those mid-winter days cold enough to keep less-dedicated riders in the lodge, the Volcom Overthrow TDS Overall Pant provides the ultimate seal against wet and cold. 15K-rated fabric and fully taped seams brush off the sloppiest storms, while the overall design lets you ragdoll through nipple-deep powder without letting a single snowflake down the back of your drawers.

I've been snowboarding for over 15 years now and these are by far the best pants/overthrows I've ever had. Great fit, just baggy enough, but fit very nicely so if you are hiking out of a deep flat spot or up a slope you aren't feeling like your are swimming in your pants. Adjustable straps so I can have different fits according to the conditions. belt loops if you want to keep the pants on you and hang our straps down.
The material is beefy, keeps water out, stayed ventilated and warm and dry. Highly recommended.
I'll never go back to pants
I love this bib, I snowboarded all season in Utah and I never got my back wet or snow down my pants. I boarded through 40 plus inches of fresh pow and never had to even zip my jacket to my bib to keep the snow out. They breathe well, I wore them all season even in April and zipper vents work wonders. I will never go back to pants again.
Not the greatest....
Soooo I paid the full price for these about a week before they went on sale, not a reason for disliking them at all though. Before these bibs i ran a pair of Foursquare 8k pants, and they seemed to be WAY more waterproof than these. So far I've had about 20 days in these bibs and I'm rather unimpressed. For a 15k waterproof and breath ability I definitely expected more. I'm riding in the BC interior, Red Mountain, Whitewater....both known for dry snow but a lot of it, after a half days riding in PUKING snow the pants showed signs of taking on water around the waist and ankles. It was snowing rather heavily on the lift so snow settling on my lap would melt and seep in. At no point did I get cold, which was awesome, but I did expect more from these bibs. They are also much too heavy for touring, which I do a lot of. I thought I'd save myself some money by getting these and not Gore-Tex, but now I wish I spent the extra. Don't buy these if you think they will keep you completely dry, they will not. But they will keep you warm!!!
Sorry Volcom, I do love the bibs, but am spewing about the lack of waterproofness!!!
Where can one find the adjustable inner...
Where can one find the adjustable inner waist band??
Good waterproofing. Wore these every time up in the wettest month in Washington. Volcom thought of everything in making these pants. Beefy legs cuff, giving more life to pants. Making it easy walking from the parking lot or up to the bar. Love the glove holder on the pant leg. I usually take off my gloves at the bottom of the chair lift cuz it warmer. Tons of pockets to hold all your needed fun when Smang the slopes brah!
Why not in Omega?
Super good overalls! Just picked up a pair size Medium color Black. Material has proven to be super water resistant. Fit is relaxed but not too baggy. Certainly not as baggy as some Burton and Volcom pants were a few years ago. I personally like all the little pockets and stashes all over the pant for better organizing all the small things that I have along for my day of riding. However, I was really hoping they would make these in the Omega Series with GoreTex. I think they may have increased this years waterproofing and breathability from 10000mm to 15000mm. Otherwise the pant looks the same as 2011. But let's be honest, 4 stars, nothing really beats GoreTex when you are playing with Mother Nature.
Bombproof pants for deeeeeep snow!!

i wish someone would upload a photo of these pants so we can see what the pants really look like,
I bought a pair of last season's version of these pants (TDS but not overthrow). Not sure how much they differ in design, although they look identical.
Really awesome pants, keep you really dry and are very tough. I can grab you a photo if you want? Just let me know what shots you want.
I'd really like to see a front and back pic of you in it to get an idea for fit. Also, I like my gear to not be baggy, but not too skinny, so please say what size you got for you style
No problem Luca, I'll get them uploaded for you by the weekend, when the wife is around to take the pic.
FYI I just bought this year's version (black, XL) from this very site and they fit perfectly and look awesome. I'm 6'2" & 215lbs and they are just the right amount of baggy for me.
They are a different material than the ones I bought last year (lighter, more breathable material), but that just means I have a pair for warm days and a pair for "OMG I have snotsicles hanging off my nose" days!
Nipple deep p.o.w. and the feel of the straps, no need for a jacket. Simple and cooler than "oven jackets" skiers beware of riders wearing these. I like opening gifts 3 months early..
