Size chart seems to be off.... measured my natural waist, it was 39 inches around. I then ordered a xxl and found them to be way too big. I'm gonna try a large.

Medium if you want a good fit, but it's all preference.. if you want baggy pants that don't feel like they're there, go bigger.
for roughly the same price you could get insulated and vented pants..check some out, might be a better option

K so I just got these in the mail today "btw was Uber fast shipping" but just so you know these pants are Super thin like SUPER thin i hope they dont rip and also it says they have inseam vents so i thought that meant the zipper vents by the crouch but there is nothing like that on here lastly the pockets are just Velcro and i think zippers are a lot nicer. I got the green and they look sick fit pretty nice I cant wait to take them out on the mountain

Unfortunately these pants don't have the zipper interface. Sorry our tech-specs say yes, that's a typo.
