I'm 6'0, 170 pounds. The Large fits great. I thought it might be too big at first, but it shrunk to the perfect size after one wash, and hasn't been anything but amazing since. Great torso length, and not a boxy fit at all. All my other shirts are jealous now. cause this one is my favorite.
