Hacob, clearly these other peeps don't know what they're talking about. One is a girl for god's sake. Unless she has balls....
Because you're only 5'6" and you want a snug fit (as with any boxer brief), I would choose the XS over the size S. If the XS size doesn't fit, hit up our customer service for an exchange and I will personally send you some kick @$$ Dogfunk decals. I hope that answers your question.

I would go off the waist sizing on the sizing chart. No off of your height and weight.

the description says boxer briefs,but they are like regular boxers.my husband dosent like boxers because they ride up, so i thought i was buying the boxer brief type. NOT! but i guess there ok for me to wear to bed...a little exspensive for girls p.j.'s
