Sunglass sizing?

First of all these are a great pair of glasses but the sizing is a bit off. I own a pair of VZ Elmores, which have a listed size of Small/Medium, they are large and fit perfectly.(I have a pretty big head) The Deccos are listed as Medium/Large but are almost 1/2" narrower than the Elmores. Great shades but had to send them back.
