Great goggles. Feel like you're not even wearing anything. lens is great for all types of conditions.I had a pair of Smith IO's and these fishbowls make them feel like a pile a junk. if you're looking for a stylish durable goggle these are what you want. Only place to get snow gear is dogfunk unbeatable in customer service, and there return policy is unparalleled by any other company.
Now that I got these with fire chrome, I wanna get some nice replacement lenses for overcast conditions. Any recommendations? The I'm between Quasar Chrome and Yellow Chrome
I live in Colorado where it is overcast one minute and sunny the next and I ride the Fishbowl with Quasar Chrome lenses about 70% of the time. It is a nice olive based lens that works really well variable conditions. I use the Yellow Chrome when it is dumping out. It has exceptional vision in snowy conditions.
The Fishbowl keeps the frame almost completely out of my vision. The top and sides disappear, while the bit over the bridge of my nose is just as visible as it was on my EG1S. The frame is more flexible than average, bending easily to fit my face. They seem to have much higher airflow than most, and sometimes it gets pretty windy against my eyeballs which is uncomfortable. But they've never fogged so I guess it works!

I've ridden the Fishbowls for the last three years and I currently have the Pro-Tec B2 Snow helmet. They fit great. I've also ridden them with the Smith Maze, and a few Red helmets too. I'd avoid helmets with brims on them as the Fishbowl is a pretty big goggle.
Just recieved the "Color Blok Orange" Look sick as hell, came with a free yellow lense and I ordered an extra "Fire Chrome" lense too. Look amazing, great if you got a big face. Also, Color Blok looks like more of a flat/burnt orange in the picture, no way, bright neon orange in real life, couldn't be happier. Can't wait to try em' out on Mt. Fuji
This are sick and MASSIVE! I always wear a helmet and i think they fit pretty good together but they go a little low on my nose so its a little hard to breathe but i knew this before i got them and took a chance. I wouldn't change them for anything and they also haven't fogged up ever. i just wish i could find a clear lens
It really depends on the eyeglasses. The Fishbowls are not meant to be an over the glass goggle, but I have fitted customers that have slimmer plastic eyeglasses or slim metal eyeglasses. Give em a shot. They are the best goggles I've ever had.
Finally received White Satin/Fire Chrome. My eyes are VERY VISIBLE even though what I wanted and was expecting "mirror/can't see through" kind of goggles(lens). Except that, the goggle is very big, good for my head size(XXL) ---- (Somehow on the picture I took, the lens looks very "mirror" like but it is not...wth..lls")
OHHH another thing! My friend has a Electric EG2 and not because I have VZ fishbowl but since I saw, wore both of em, I personally like VZ fishbowl better.
I find the lens to be almost impossible to see my eyes when on the snow or outdoors. When you are indoors you can kind of see the eyes, but not much. Try going outside and snapping a photo.
Looking to get the Blok Orange/Black Chrome it comes with Free Bonus Lens but is the bonus lens suitable for night riding? Most of my riding is done at night, please let me know I'm looking to buy these in the next week or so.
The Fishbowl is the biggest goggle that VZ makes. The Chakra is one of the smallest, so the Fishbowl will be way, way bigger. The Fishbowl will fit medium to XL faces. It has the most peripheral and vertical vision of any goggle on the planet, so get after it.
Hands down the best goggles out there. I have tried smith, Electric, and Dragon and none of the goggles are even close to as comfortable as the fishbowls.
These goggles are crazy trill. Incredible FOV. Interchangeability, a must have these days, perfect venting, and to top it off, it looks great too. I've always been down for VonZipper, so this may be biased, but these are probably the best low-profile oversized lenses I've seen. I've tried EG2's, and they sure as hell don't compare because, despite them both being oversized, the lenses on the EG2 pop out like Steve Buscemi's eyes. These ones retain their sleek subtlety. Buy them. You'll love looking through the bowl.
I'm way passionate about these goggles. Once you wear these you will never go back to any other oversized goggle. I trust VZ's optics and fog-free construction and these don't disappoint. I don't always wear a helmet but they fit with my Pro-Tec just fine. If you always wear a helmet, maybe look at the El Kabong from VonZipper too as it is a little bit smaller. The frame around the lens is thin and you can never see it and they are definitely lightweight. Another bonus is how opaque the chrome lens is, if you hate people seeing your eyes through the lens, these are for you.
