Description

To the ocean and beyond.

Although it's rumored that the government originally considered the high-tech XCel Hawaii Inc. 3/2mm Infiniti Drylock Wetsuit for use by astronauts, surfers worldwide, fearing shortages, rose up and ensured that this techy suit remained exclusive to the waves. And considering that it won SIMA's 'Wetsuit of the Year' award, it's easy to see why the Infiniti is so popular. A variety of wave-ravaging features help you rip the curls in total comfort.
  • Drylock zipper is 100% waterproof, and its micro-adjustability allows for a custom fit
  • Crossover neck entry features separate overlapping inner front and back neck panels for easy on and off
  • XCel Hawaii Inc. ditched the typical behind-the-neck zip design to eliminate flushing and allow better flexibility
  • WRF (water-repellent-fiber) doesn't get bogged down with extra weight when exposed to moisture
  • Engineered fit features paneled hips and pre-bent joints for full flex and range of motion
  • Thermo-bamboo heat-retaining linging fuses bamboo and charcoal with polyester to enhance core insulation
  • Drycuff seals employ a doughnut seal system to keep water out and provide a next-to-skin fit
  • Pressure-bonded seams in lower body complement fusion seals in upper body to preserve comfort while locking water out

Best Wetsuit? Better ... Best Gear.

I surfed Xcel Hawaii Infiniti Drylock 3/2mm in San Diego today in 65 degree sunny air with 58 degree glassy water and was perfectomundo comfortable. Duck dive and NOT EVEN A DROP of water in the suit. Wow, is all I can say. I race triathlons so expect a lot of paddling flexibility from a suit, but also want surfing durability and this wetsuit has it all. I've been surfing (and skiing, and cycling, and racing, and backpacking ...) for thirty years and this is the best wetsuit I've ever had, and is in the running for the single best piece of gear I've ever owned. This suit gets my strongest recommendation, and I'm logged online now to get the booties. At 6-1, 175 and 41Long suit size, I sized up just a little (as recommended by Xcel if in between sizes) to a Large-Tall and the fit is great. If you get one of these Infinity Drylock products I'm interested in hearing why. Otherwise, see you out there!

Great wet suit

Get the Drylock it's one of the best suit you can buy. I have Oneill Psycho and several Body Gloves and Rip Curl too. I like the Drylock better especially the fit and how it keeps the water out + it's very flexible too. This suit is almost as warm as my 4/3 Body glove matrix and its a 3/2 . It's way warmer than my 3/2 Rip Curl. I paid on sale $370 for a Oneill and I like this suit way more. The Oneill is stiffer and but a hair more durable and no warmer. The Ripcurl is way less durable. This Xcel Drylock suit is great but none of the wetsuits are lasting longer than 60 days before the warmth starts to get less and less so get them on sale. If they go on sale for less than $240 buy them!... I recommend this 100% but not at the retail price. You just can't pay retail for any of the top of the line suits its insane they want over $400 for a good suit now. Also I will never go back to a back zip suit now that I know how to get out of this - I hope this helps
